I graduated from the University of Washington in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Design in Interaction Design. Our class of 13 designers were the first students in the UW Design program to focus on IxD, and I was selected from the IxD senior class to be one of two class representatives responsible for selecting where student work would be displayed in the senior show. A group project I worked on my senior year, Apt, was selected to be presented at the Microsoft Design Expo, and our group went on to win the “best presentation” award. I also received a minor in Art History.

For the last 7 years I’ve been working at Vectorform, which has allowed me to design for a large variety of platforms. I’ve designs apps for Windows 8, Windows 10, Vive, HoloLens, Google Glass, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, various iOT hardware, web, and android/iOS mobile platforms.

In my free time, I like spending time with my wife and dog, working on my house, traveling, learning about vintage analog synthesizers, and watching too many shows and films.
